Grace Margaret Berry was born on March 4, 1924 in Aline, Oklahoma to George Washington Mathes & Lizzie Velma (Wilson) Mathes. She passed from this life on January 17, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years, 10 months & 13 days.

Grace had lived in this area for much of her life. She was among the first group of Practical Nurses within the state of Oklahoma and retired in 1986 after working many years in the Coronary Care Unit of St. Francis Hospital. When she was not working, she usually enjoyed spending her time working with her embroidery machines.

She was preceded in death by her husband; James Olen Berry, 1 daughter; Olenda Ruth Ray, 1 brother; Charles Mathes, 1 sister; Daisy Icke, a grandson; Michael John Dunn and a son-in-law; Paul Bonnell.

She is survived by 2 daughters; Mary Elizabeth Bonnell of Tulsa & Margaret Catherine Berry and husband Tom, of Leonard, 2 grandchildren; Grace Margaret Dunn & Specialist Jason Chambliss, 1 great-granddaughter; Hailey Virginia Chambliss, a son-in-law; Frank Ray of Hectorville as well as several other relatives and friends.
