Linda Sue Caywood was born on July 1, 1950 in Bixby, Oklahoma to Buddy Grant Percy Clay and Vinita (Walkup) Clay. She passed from this life on October 29, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years, 3 months & 28 days.

Linda had grown up in this area and was a member of the 1968 graduating class of Bixby High School. She worked many years as a beautician, for the Homeland grocery store, for Citizens Security Bank and had worked the past several years as a floor manager at Duck Creek Casino. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend that was always especially committed to her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of over 41 years, Joe R. Caywood whom she married on February 20, 1970 in Bixby. She is also survived by 1 daughter; Jennifer Dawn Caywood, 1 son; Michael Joe Caywood, 3 grandsons; Joseph Michael, Dakota Ray & Conner Garett Percy Caywood, 2 sisters; Patricia "Dude" Helm & Laura Lane Smith, 6 brothers; Jimmy Clay, William Clay, Frankie Clay, Carl Clay, Buddy Clay & Dewayne Clay as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers are Dewayne Clay, Clay Layne, Sam Clay, Rick Helm, William Clay II & Wayne Clay. Honorary bearers are Jamie Clay, Bill Layne, Carl "Shorty" Clay & Jonathan Clay.
