Mary Ann Chancey was born on June 5, 1962 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania to Robert Schwab and Luvera Margaret (Wise) Schwab. She passed from this life on July 2, 2011 at her home in Bixby, Oklahoma, 27 days after her 49th birthday.

Mary Ann had lived in the Bixby community since 2008. She had lived in Florida and Ohio previously. She will be remembered by her family and close friends as a wonderful and devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She was a very accomplished athlete in her early years and won many state and national competitions in gymnastics. She was a member of Life Church. In addition to her devotion to her family, she also loved bingo, dolphins and spending time with her dogs.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Brian Keith Chancey whom she married on June 10, 1995 in Lakeland, Florida. She is also survived by 2 daughters; Amanda Gallagher and Frank Eisenhardt of Lakeland, FL & Brianna Grace Chancey of the home, her parents: Robert & Luvera Schwab of Heath, OH, 2 grandchildren; Kannon & Kali Poelvoorde, 4 sisters; Roberta Welsh of Newark, OH, Kathy McFarlane of Newport Richey, FL, Sue Smith of Jupiter, FL & Debbie Greenwood of Hebron, OH, 1 brother; Bobby Schwab, Jr. of North Carolina and several nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers are Charlie Smith, Bob Schwab, Kevin Smith, Justin Smith, Zachary Finley & Derek Hudelson. Honorary bearer is Kannon Poelvoorde. Music will be provided by Morgan Rhodes.
