Mary Frankie Adeline Beede Cox was born on July 15, 1938 in Leonard, Oklahoma to Ben William & Rhoda Verbie (Morse) Beede. She passed from this life on January 15, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 67.

Mary was an area hair stylist for over 40 years and also helped her husband as a house painter for over 30 years. She was very proud to have been a charter member of the Shellenbarger Free Will Baptist Church and she was formerly a member of the Liberty Farm Women's Association. Her family warmly remembers her greatest loves of attending church and church singings and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Lee Cox, whom she married over 41 years ago on March 7, 1964 in Bixby as well as by 1 daughter; Bobbie Jo Tilley and her husband Mike, of Chelsea, OK, 3 sons; Robert Michael Cox and his wife Leanna, of Chelsea, Ronald Lee Cox and his wife Kim, of Broken Arrow & Marty Allen Cox and his wife Cathy, of Glenpool, 2 sisters; Barbara Cleo Wright & Shirley Sue Stewart both of Bixby, 2 brothers; Ben Junior Beede & Samuel Leon Beede both of Haskell, OK, 12 grandchildren; Gini Layne, Sydney & Mikey Cox of Chelsea, Ryan, Kaylee & Josh Cox and Alex & Andrew Neill all of Liberty Mounds, Aubrey & Erin Tilley of Chelsea and Zachary & Morgan Cox of Glenpool, 3 aunts; Jewel Love of Bixby, Ruby Strait of Grove City, CA & Cleo Chevoya of Arroya Grande, CA, 1 uncle; Leo Morse of Russellville, AR as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers were John Edwards, Rick Edwards, Bryan McCartney, Casey McCartney, Mark St. John, Terry Littlefield, Glen Mize & Alan Trotter. Honorary bearers were Bobby Dunlap, Morris Dale O'Hern & Ronnie Wagnon.
