Billie Berniece Fannin was born on February 1, 1920 in Bixby, Oklahoma to William Henry Crittenden and Louvennia (Brown) Crittenden. She passed from this life on December 25, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 89 years, 10 months & 24 days.

Billie had lived in the Bixby community virtually all of her life. She attended the Downtown Church of Christ until her health would no longer allow her to. She worked many years for the McDonnell-Douglas and North American Rockwell companies and was very proud to have taken a part in placing a man on the moon. In her spare time, she loved reading and watching television, especially Dancing With the Stars.

She was preceded in death by a husband; Orville Kellum Fannin on May 31, 1985 as well as by 4 siblings; Jackie Bugg, Rome Crittenden, Dale Crittenden & Sophia McFadden.

She is survived by 1 son; Gerald Wade Tinkel and wife Julie Simmons, of Houston, TX, 1 daughter; Karen Willis and husband Sam, of Broken Arrow, 1 grandson; Jason Willis and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
