Frank Forrest was born on June 7, 1948 in Bixby, Oklahoma to Everett Hugh Forrest & Virgie Virginia (Siedlik) Forrest. He passed from this life on November 26, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 62 years, 5 months & 19 days.

Frank had worked many years as a machinist. When he was not working, he loved to go fishing.

He is survived by 1 daughter; Corrina Gaddy of Sacramento, CA, 3 grandchildren; Anthony, Priscilla & Dayna, 5 sisters; Ruth Berry of Broken Arrow, Grace Cain of Bixby, Helen Shanks of Tulsa, Bonnie Sharp of Bixby & Shirlene McMartin of Tulsa, 2 brothers; Wayne Forrest & Gene Forrest both of Bixby as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers are Troy Gray, Clint Robinson, Anthony Gaddy, Scott Gaddy & DeWayne Ray.
