Peggy L. Forrest was born on July 5, 1926 in Bixby, Oklahoma to Otis Allison and Dollie (Wynn) Allison. She passed from this life on December 13, 2009 at her home in Hectorville, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years, 5 months & 8 days.

Peggy was a longtime resident of this area that had worked for 26 years as a transcriptionist for St. Francis Hospital before her retirement in 1983. She was a charter member of the Hectorville Free Will Baptist Church where she greatly enjoyed working with the youth. She was the loving wife of Roy Forrest whom she married in 1979, a devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister; Leona Brown, her first husband; James Walter Dobbs, her second husband; Beryl Lynn and a grandson; Jeff Lenard.

She is survived by 4 daughters; Patsy Drager and husband Ellis, of Mena, AR, Connie Holland and husband Butch, of Stillwater, OK, Betty Olden and husband Charles, of Jenks, OK & Virginia Blakley and husband Tom, of Tulsa, 3 sons; Clyde Lynn and wife Darlene, of Hectorville, Bill Lynn and wife Vickie, of Hectorville & David Lynn of Flower Mound, TX, 1sister; Edith Dobbs of Hectorville, 21 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and several other relatives, church family and good friends.

Music will be provided by Jessica Holland and Cindy Foster. Casket bearers are Phillip Olden, Rich Olden, Matt Lynn, John McCaslin, Ricky Edwards, Hoss Delcoure & Jeff Olden. Honorary bearer is Joshua Lynn.
