Peggy Levell Foster was born on October 29, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Levell Haynes & Grace (Cox) Haynes. She passed from this life on July 19, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 8 months & 20 days.

Peggy had lived in this area virtually all of her life. She worked for Guardian Security and the Shell Oil Company. She loved to travel to Colorado, talk on the phone, spend time with her family and going bowling. She was a very devoted fan of the University of Oklahoma, the Dallas Cowboys & the St. Louis Cardinals.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister; Patricia Hurst.

She is survived by her husband, Carl F. Foster, 1 son; Carl L. "Chuck" Foster and wife Cindy, of Bixby, 2 sisters; Kathy Sue Willis and husband David, of Langley, OK & Wanda Lee Faughn of Deerborn Heights, Michigan, 2 brothers; Richard L. Haynes and wife Dorothy, of Tulsa & Donald R. Haynes and wife Mary, of Spavinaw, OK, 3 grandchildren; Rachel Sue Boswell and husband Jason, Lindsey Nicole Foster & Jacob Wade Foster as well as several other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers are Rick Haynes, John T. Haynes, Don L. Haynes, Robby Arnold, Greg Jackson, Jimmy Christian, Jeremy Christian, Kenny Baker, Kelly Baker & Paul Wayne McLaughlin. Music will be provided by Tressa Christian, Kimberly Harris & Danielle Haynes.
