Roy "Roy Boy" Hodges was born December 26, 1947 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Doyle & Pauline Hodges. He passed from this life on April 23, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 3 months & 28 days.

Roy grew up in Stigler before moving to Tulsa and graduating from Rogers High School. He was a prominent and well known commercial building contractor for over 35 years in the Tulsa area. Roy loved life and lived it to the fullest. His family warmly remembers his loves of boating and fishing, especially for crappie, airplanes, Harley-Davidsons, his dogs, playing poker with his friends, cooking in his open-air kitchen and traveling in his motor home.

He is survived by his wife; Kathy S. Hodges, his parents; Doyle & Pauline of Stigler, 1 son; Michael Roy Hodges of Tulsa, 1 step-son; Michael Lindsay Taylor of Jenks, 2 brothers; Jerry & Dennis Hodges, 1 sister; Regina Hodges, his in-laws; Ted & Pat Kelly of Bixby, a sister-in-law; K'Jela Bolton of Columbia, SC and many friends.
