My heart goes out to his wife, children, grandchildren, family and friends. Everyone who knew him was aware of his kindness to others and his dedication to his job at Ford. I knew Charlie as a great family man and an outstanding safety professional for the U.A.W. and Ford Motor Company. Charlie was a dear man, funny, smart, and full of life. He cared about people. He lived and experienced a lot more of life in his 66 years than most.
