Heaven's gates opened wide and accepted this loved angel home into its presence. Heaven is a brighter place since mom is there visiting with loved ones that have gone on before her. She was an active member of the Shellenbarger Free Will Baptist Church where she enjoyed helping in Bible School programs, and preparing meals for members who had lost loved ones. It was always requested that mom bring chicken and dumplings. She worked many years in the medical field assisting elderly people. Mildred was a loving, compassionate, and caring person who opened her home to everyone. She loved her family, friends and church and will be missed by all who loved her
