Allene Virginia McNair was born on May 19, 1920 in Shulter, Oklahoma to August Bezinque & Clarra (Delcombre) Bezinque. She passed from this life on November 22, 2010 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the age of 90 years, 6 months & 3 days.

Allene was a graduate of East Central University of Ada in 1939 when she received her teaching degree in English. Her family warmly remembers her as a loving and devoted homemaker. She was a longtime member of the St. Stevens United Methodist Church. Some of her favorite activities included cooking and playing the piano.

She married James Edward McNair on October 14, 1939 in Purcell, Oklahoma and after almost 70 years of marriage, he preceded her in death on July 24, 2009.

She is survived by 2 sons; Jimmy D. McNair and wife Marcia, of Bixby & David W. McNair and wife Linda, of Fenton, MO, 1 daughter; Carolyn Grundy and husband Robert, of Rowlett, TX, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Casket bearers are James McNair, Kevin Natale, Robert Grundy, Brian Wheeler, Troy Harris & Trent Harris. Violinist is David McNair.
