Max Lee Oertle was born on October 12, 1968 to Danny & Donna (Seals) Oertle. He passed from this life on October 22, 2006 in Bixby, Oklahoma, 10 days after his 38th birthday.

Max grew up in the Bixby and Leonard communities. He worked at several jobs in the construction industry. He always loved having a good time, "boondocking", watching his beloved Dallas Cowboys and being outdoors, especially when he was hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his one true love; Lisa Gabbard of Bixby, his mother; Donna Oertle of Missouri, 1 daughter; Mikala of Mississippi, 2 brothers; Dano Oertle & Linus Oertle both of Missouri, his grandmother; Dovie Seals of Missouri and 2 step-daughters; Halie & Saige Gabbard.
