Viola "Vi" Parks was born on February 21, 1934 in Henryetta, Oklahoma to Audie Nuckolls and Annie (Brison) Nuckolls. She passed from this life on September 18, 2011 in Bixby, Oklahoma at the age of 77 years, 7 months & 28 days.

"Vi" worked many years as a seamstress for the Bryan Clothing Co. in Tulsa but will be remembered most by her family as a wonderful and devoted homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Henry Lee Parks whom she married on December 15, 1956 in Henryetta as well as by 1 son; Gerald Parks and wife Shelly, of Bixby, 1 daughter; Karen Bunch and husband Rob, of Bixby, 1 brother Lee Nuckolls, 1 sister; ChrisTamplen, 6 grandchildren, Gerald Lee Parks, Jr., Anthony Parks, Alicia Bunch, Ashlee Bunch, Cody Morgan & Jake Morgan, 2 great-grandchildren; Jerad & Lyndsie Parks and several other relatives and many good friends.

Casket bearers are Anthony Parks, Rick Edwards, Jake Morgan, Cody Morgan, Robert Bullard & Ralph Tamplen.
