Cora Evelyn Roach, with the hallmark years of November 2, 1923 to April 10, 2010 is now hand in hand with her guardian Angel at the age of 86 years, 5 months & 8 days. Although the sands of time have slipped through the hourglass, we know her loving spirit will always surround us.

Through thick and thin and back again, she was a guiding light for her family and others. No task or sacrifice was too great or small to lend a helping hand. She was always a builder of hope, confidence and endurance.

She wore many bonnets from Rosie the Riveter, to director of the hub of our activities, to Master tomato and herb gardener. Her cat, Lotus Blossum and her dog, Chisolm adored her equally. Her great passion was O.U. football; she was Boomer Sooner all the way.

We are ever grateful to her for choosing us to be her children. We are most fortunate that we are all here together to honor her. Her children are Charles Roach and wife Tina, of Tulsa, Eva Roach of Tulsa and Evelyn Fretwell and husband R.V., of Citronelle, Alabama. She has 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren,1 great-great-grandson and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded by 2 sisters; Bonnie Lee Walker & Josephine Miller, 4 brothers; Bill Miller, Oscar George Miller, Bobby Gene Miller & Robert Miller and her former husband; J.D. Roach.
