M. Ilene Ryan was born on November 29, 1938 in Prue, Oklahoma to Ervin Eugene Beavers and Stella Lorene (Blow) Beavers. She passed from this life on March 13, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 3 months & 12 days.

Ilene grew up in the Sand Springs community and was a graduate of Sand Springs High School. She was a well known and respected Executive Secretary and Controller for several companies including Occidental Petroleum, Cities Service, ONEOK, Amerada-Hess and Sunray-DX. She was a longtime member of Gracemont Baptist Church where she also worked as a secretary as well as played the piano, of which she was self-taught. Her family warmly remembers her as a very Godly woman that was especially selfless and always more concerned with others. They will also remember her love and passion for sports, especially when she was watching her sons compete. She was a vocal and devoted fan of O.S.U. wrestling, O.U. football, T.U. basketball, and the Dallas Cowboys, as long as they were winning.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of over 52 years, Will E. Ryan whom she married on October 24, 1958 in Tulsa. She is also survived by 2 sons; Kevin Ryan and wife Tammy, of Bixby & Steve Ryan and wife Bea, of Tulsa, 1 sister; Rita Dobbs of Prattville, OK, 8 grandchildren; Lindsay, P.J., Tara, Michael, Tyler, Joshua, Steve & Dave, 1 great-granddaughter; Jayda and several other relatives and good friends.
