Lydia Viola Sain

Lydia Viola Sain was born on March 22, 1910 in Witt Springs, Arkansas to Wesley Wright & Florence Guynn. She passed from this life on March 25, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 3 days after her 96th birthday.

Lydia was a longtime resident of the Jenks community. She formerly worked many years for the John Zink Co. and also was self-employed for several years when she operated a produce stand in South Tulsa. She was a longtime member of the Jenks First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Sain on September 16, 1993 as well as by 3 daughters; Imogene Davis, Velma Jones & Mary Dean English, 4 grandsons; Gary Orman, Bryan Evans, Larry Jones & Jeffrey English and 1 great-grandson; Tim Holt, Jr. She is survived by 2 daughters; Betty Jo Giabbai of Tulsa & Ernestine Evans of Jenks, 19 grandchildren; Bobby Orman, Terri Jo Orman, Julie Orman, Jerry Orman, Mark Evans, Cindy Kerr, Yvonne Moen, Sherry Jackson, Tim Holt, Tony Holt, Billy Holt, Elaine Stephens, Dan Jones, Ronnie English, Donna Kaye English, Patty Henriquez, Kristy Young, Stephen English & Stephanie English, 53 great-grandchildren & 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Casket bearers were Mathew Wilson, Andrew Kerr, Brett Evans, Jeffrey English, Stephen English, Bradley English, Cameron Goad & Erich Stephens. Music was provided by Erich Stephens.
