Mabel Juanita Sanderson was born on April 8, 1919 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Timothy & Jennie (Coleman) Seabolt. She passed from this life on October 4, 2006 in Glenpool, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years, 5 months & 26 days.

Mabel lived many years in the Sallisaw community then later in Tahlequah before moving to the Bixby area to be near her daughter. She was a retired dorm mother for the Sequoyah Indian School and was a member of the Tahlequah First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie H. Sanderson, Sr. whom she married on January 2, 1942 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas as well as by 1 grandson; Ryan Doubrava. She is survived by 1 daughter; Juanita R. Doubrava of Bixby, 1 son; Willie H. Sanderson, Jr. of Oklahoma City, 1 brother; George Seabolt of Muldrow, OK, 3 grandchildren; Stephanie Leonard, Brian Sanderson & Jarred Doubrava and 4 great-grandchildren; Josiah, Jasmin, Matthew & Nathan.
