Terry Denise Smith was born on November 28, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Donald L. & Ila Jean (Willhite) Smith. She passed from this life on June 27, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 45 years, 6 months & 30 days.

Terry had lived in this area most of her life. In her younger years, she was a champion barrel racer and won many different competitions. Later in life, she worked as a waitress as well as other jobs. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald. L. "Junky" Smith on September 12, 2006. She is survived by her mother, Jean Smith of Leonard, OK, 1 son; Zachary Dedman of Leonard, 1 brother; Kelly Don Smith and wife Kristina, of Crestview, Florida, 2 nephews; Wesley & Joshua Smith and several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
