Sandra Lee Stephens was born on October 3, 1985 in Valencia, California to Dewayne & Debbie Lee (Butala) Stephens. She and her daughter, Lily Jo, passed from this life on May 28, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Sandra worked in the Children's Ministry of First Presbyterian Church and also as a pharmacy clerk at Drug Warehouse. She had a great love of children and also enjoyed many different activities such as music, reading, cheerleading, playing softball and showing horses.

She is survived by her parents; Dewayne & Debbie Stephens of Mounds, 2 brothers; Shawn Stephens and wife Mandy, of Glenpool & Tim Stephens of Mounds, her paternal grandmother; Jodie Stephens of Sapulpa, maternal grandparents; Richard & Delly Butala of Watertown, SD, her aunts & uncles; Sue & Russ Pinto of Chandler, AZ, Dawn & Dick Scott of Portland, OR, Dan & Ronda Butala of Bend, OR & Doug & Joanie Butala of Bryant, SD, 9 cousins; Deano Specter, Regina Colby, Corri Graves, Marc Wymore, Ryan Butala, Ranelle Houser, Charisse Butala, Matt Butala & Katie Butala, her fiancé to whom she was to marry on July 14, 2007; Jake Craig and his family Kim & Keith Flanagan, Jack & Barbara Williams, Joe Craig and Nowell & Juanice Flanagan.
