Wanda Lou Turnbull was born on March 7, 1930 in Denison, Texas to William Alexander & Thelma Elizabeth (Teas) Milburn. She passed from this life on April 6, 2008 at her home in Haskell, Oklahoma 30 days after her 78th birthday.

Wanda grew up in Denison, Texas where she was very active in several different ministries of the Trinity United Methodist Church. She worked for several years as the parts department manager for Ramsey Chevrolet in Bixby as well as other auto dealerships in Muskogee. When she was not working, she enjoyed square dancing, reading and watching sports.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, William Turnbull whom she married on November 27, 1975 in Muskogee. She also leaves 1 daughter; Janis Ann Edwards of Austin, Texas, 3 step-children; David Turnbull and wife Sue, Cindy Turnbull & Jeanette Taylor and husband Mike, all of Okmulgee, 3 grandchildren; Jon Jason Gear, Jami Jill Jones & Jenna Janae Gear, 3 step-grandchildren; David Turnbull, Trey Turnbull & Brent Taylor, 3 great-grandchildren; Nicole Addison Jones, Jon Brody Gear & Tyler Lane Banks and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, William Claude Milburn in 1996.

Casket bearers were Trey Turnbull, Brent Taylor, Jason Gear, Brady Jones, Aaron Moline & Mike Taylor.
