Thomas W. Watkins was born on August 11, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jess & Lillian (Parrish) Watkins. He passed from this life on April 29, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years, 8 months & 18 days.

Thomas had lived in this area virtually all of his life. He worked for several years in the construction business. When he was not working, he enjoyed working on "muscle cars" and fishing.

He is survived by his loving wife, Judy K. Watkins, whom he married on December 10, 2000 in Tulsa as well as by 4 sons; Jesse Watkins of Leonard, Tom Watkins of Anaheim, CA, Joseph Watkins of Tulsa & Travis Watkins of Tulsa, 2 daughters; Melissa Foster of Tulsa & Heather Watkins of Tulsa, 4 brothers; Bob Watkins of Liberty Mounds, Bill Watkins of Bixby, Rick Watkins of Broken Arrow & Tony Watkins of Tulsa, 1 sister; Shirley Borner of Bixby, 13 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sisters; Deloris Wilson & Marilyn Fine.
