Tony Ray Watkins was born on December 25, 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jess Watkins & Lillian (Parrish) Watkins. He passed from this life on January 7, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 13 days after his 50th birthday.

Tony had lived in the Bixby community for most of his life. He worked as a manager for the U-Tote-M convenience stores until an accident at work would no longer allow him to work. He loved spending time with his family and was especially devoted to his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother; Thomas Wayne Watkins and 2 sisters; Delois Ann Wilson & Marilyn Sue Fine.

He is survived by his wife; Carla E. (Morse) Watkins of Bixby, 1 daughter; Toni Ray Phillips of Bixby, 1 son; Carl Morse of Broken Arrow, 1 sister; Shirley Borner of Bixby, 3 brothers; Bob Watkins of Liberty Mounds, Bill Watkins of Bixby & Rick Watkins of Broken Arrow, 6 grandchildren; Lillian Phillips, James Phillips, Jeremy Morse, Hattie Morse, Tonya Morse & Samuel Morse as well as several other relatives and friends.
