ROBERTA DARLENE WEAVER SCHULTZ WILKINS

Roberta Darlene Weaver Schultz Wilkins was born on July 6, 1923 in Bixby, Oklahoma to Menno Weaver and Ethel (Brown) Weaver. She passed from this life on November 17, 2008 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years, 4 months & 11 days.

Roberta had lived in the Bixby community virtually all of her life. She worked many years as a beautician for Zola's Salon and then out of her home. She was an active, longtime member of the Downtown Church of Christ and greatly loved working for the church in many different ministries. She also loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William George "Bill" Schultz on May 29, 1975 and by her second husband, James Woodrow "Woody" Wilkins on July 4, 1998. She was also preceded by 2 brothers; Otto & Paul Weaver and 1 sister; Helen Biegle. She is survived by 2 daughters; Susan Perkins and husband Bob, of Kellyville & Sally Stanley and husband John, of Tahlequah, 1 sister; Madronna "Dude" Pryor of Crowder, OK, 3 grandchildren; Jason Perkins and wife Leah, of North Carolina, Kerri Keck and husband Marcus, of Kellyville & Heidi Friend and husband David, of Tahlequah, 7 great-grandchildren; Tabitha Perkins, Dakota Perkins, Gabriel Perkins, Caleb Keck, Skyler Keck, Liberty Keck & Tucker Friend as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Casket bearers were Bob Perkins, Dakota Perkins, David Friend, Marcus Keck, John Stanley & Caleb Keck.
